Semi-automatic sewing unit for PVC tubing insertion for roller tube and front profile for acrylic and polyester fabric awnings, ideal to speed up and simplify the production of outdoor sun protection.

The unit is designed for easy, fast and precise sewing.

Thanks to this sewing system of the pvc tube for awnings, with Durkopp-Adler 867 fixed sewing head, the operator can perform the sewing of the PVC tube with the aim of speeding up the production of the awnings, improving the production capacity.

The precision and efficiency are guaranteed by the sewing software, for a fast and precise sewing of the PVC tube for the winding tube end, the front of the awnings and the valance.
