Double ultrasonic cut + blade in both X and Y directions to optimize the cutting quality with different types of fabric.

The 2 cutting heads can work simultaneously or individually.

Thanks to this automatic table, the operator can cut the fabric by being able to inspect the fabric accurately, with the aim of speeding up the production of roller blinds, improving production capacity.

The ultrasonic longitudinal cutting with optimized sonotrode for cutting technical fabrics for roller blinds, prevents the fraying of fabrics after cutting, as it carries out a welding of the fibres at the same time as the fabrics cutting.

Ultrasonic cutting also improves operator safety, it does not burn the fabric, does not alter the color and does not produce fumes.

Precision and efficiency are guaranteed by the cutting software, for a fast and precise insertion of the measurements of the panels to be cut.
